Are You Up to Speed?
A client of mine was having trouble with choppy web audio/video (streaming Flash) when viewing from their office computers.
Long story short, the culprit turned out to be their Internet connectivity –an expensive, legacy fractional T1 plan that was overpriced and underperforming.
